Andrey Vasilievich Yudin
Born September 1, 1957 in Moscow into a military family.
After graduating from the Moscow Order of the Red Banner of Labor of the Engineering Physics Institute, he worked in the VNZUFI as an engineer, then as a junior researcher.
In 1987 he was transferred to the apparatus of the Gagarinsky district committee of the CPSU as a lecturer in the department of propaganda and agitation.
In 1989 he was transferred to work as an expert in the joint Soviet-Swiss enterprise "InterUral". In 1992 he was appointed deputy director of the enterprise.
From 1994-1995, he worked for the Duferco company (until 1998).
From 1994 to March 2005 he worked at EvrazHolding:
- in a foreign mission;
- Commercial Director of the Nizhniy Tagil Metallurgical Plant;
- General Director of the NTMK Trading House;
- was the deputy chairman of the board of directors of the plant;
- Director of the Metallurgical Department;
- Director of the Directorate of Transport and Logistics;
- Vice President.
At the same time, in 1999-2000, he worked as the director of the metallurgical department of LLC Ural Machine-Building Plants, which was later reorganized into OJSC United Machine-Building Plants.
In 2004, he worked at OJSC AKB Rosbank and LLC Intergame-holding (a network of gaming clubs "Million"). Intergame Holding is probably associated with businessman Oleg Boyko, who was named among the co-owners of EvrazHolding in the mid-1990s. Oleg Boyko, in turn, was part of the team of Boris Berezovsky.
In March 2005, he was appointed Deputy General Director of SZAO "Moldavian Metallurgical Plant" for commercial issues, since July 2005 he was appointed General Director of SZAO "MMP".
In 2006 he was elected a deputy of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika IV convocation.
In 2009, the press suggested that Yudin could be a candidate for the PMR presidency, and in this capacity he allegedly acts as a creature of Alisher Usmanov, which is unlikely given his past connections, unless he changed his clan affiliation.
On December 12, 2010 he was elected a deputy of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika V convocation.
